Here are 7 Reasons You Struggle to Confidently Put Across Your Opinion in Front of Others:
Reason #1: You lack confidence to be comfortable voicing your opinion. And that keeps you stay silent when the time comes for you to express what you have in mind.
Reason #2: You’re afraid of being judged by others. You’re not okay with others’ judgment. And that stops you from expressing your opinion sometimes.
Reason #3: You feel voicing your opinion may make you “look bad,” hence you’re scared of their disapproval.
Reason #4: You were “trained” as a child to believe that speaking from your heart puts you in trouble & difficult situations. And NONE wants to be in trouble & difficult situations so you stay away from expressing your opinion.
